My Favorite Green Smoothie

Well, this is a smoothie that I make quite often, that I shared tonight with my friends on Raw Fu. It’s simple to make and really delicious and refreshing. I hope you like it!

1 scoop raw protein powder
1 scoop green super food powder
1T Artisana Goji Bliss or coconut butter
1tsp bee pollen
1 tsp raw honey or drops of liquid SweetLeaf Stevia
2-3 handfuls organic spinach
1 handful fresh parsley
1 handful fresh mint leaves
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup or more frozen pineapple chunks
1/4 cup or more frozen papaya chunks
1/4 cup or more frozen mango chunks
6oz coconut water
2 cups nut mylk
purified water and ice to cover

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and mix until green and creamy! Serve cold! Mmm!
