
Raw-Riffic Food was created as a place to share the information, and inspiration obtained through my personal transition from the Standard American Diet (SAD) to a high raw vegan (HRV) diet and lifestyle. My goal is to educate and empower others from around the world-wide web to consider transitioning to a diet higher in raw and living foods, or to at least provide the resources to learn more about it.
This Raw-Riffic Food’s Recipe Blog, was created as an addition to the
Raw-Riffic Food site to post the many recipes that I have created and tried, and to share more information as it directly relates to preparing raw food.
I also have a personal “raw” blog, My Raw Life, is where you can hear more about my personal experiences transitioning, as well as personal views on products, books, types of diets, health, well-being, and a lot more. I get kind of personal at times on My Raw Life.
Feel free to comment on any of these sites, and share with me your thoughts, concerns, or if you’d like to contribute a little more – I’m always eager to take-in as much as I can learn. This is all a work in progress for me, so there is no definite end to what it can become, and how it can serve.
